  • Mange a staff of 7 including: Individual Giving, Major Gifts, Special Events, Corporate Volunteerism, Foundation Giving, Corproate Support, Advocacy and Governement Contracts
  • Restructure all Individual Giving
  • Build out a fundraising department designed to increase funding by 30% over 10 years
  • Oversee all media and branding exercises
  • Create a 190th Anniversary Celebration supporting all aspects of fundraisng and marketing

Director of Advancement

PAL is a century-old organization that serves over 30,000 youth each year through out New York City.

  • Work with Executive Director on Board Giving 
  • Oversee a staff of 5 fundraising and marketing specialist
  • Lead Major Donors program in conjunction with Executive Director
  • Manage all individual giving including Renewal, Acquisition, and Planned Giving
  • Handle corporate giving reaching 50 funders each year
  • Manage Social Media presence for PAL and its 26 Centers
  • Oversee PAL’s Volunteer program that works with over 500 volunteers a year
  • Manage all Marketing and Branding operations including the creation of a PAL Parent Notification Mobile Application

Director of Development 

Older Adults Technology Services works to harness the power of technology to change the way people age.

  • Work with Founder and Board Development Committee to bring Board giving into line with 2015 Strategic Plan.
  • Responsible for raising $150,000 of 2.4 million budget
  • Create a corporate sponsorship package designed to garner support of OATS programmatic areas.
  • Designed and managed OATS first major fundraising event.

City Families, New York, NY                                                                          2012 – 2015

Chief Operating Officer / Co-Founder 

City Families works as a coach for those interested in adopting a child through the New 

York child welfare system 

  • Supervised creation of Cityfamilies.org including board recruitment, fundraising plan  
  • Raised $450k during organization operation
  • Designed and launched interactive website with a monthly growth of 250 members 
  • Created Social Media platforms including Twitter, Facebook and RSS feeds
